Don't forget 72-01!  And, based purely on deduction from various threads, I think Phil's was 72-08 (can you confirm or deny, Mica?)

Hi Mr.#12,

The picture is my PC's screen shot.
Each pictures are thumbneils and original file sizes are vari.( only a few k bit to HQ pict.)
But these thumbneils are easy to check guitar or bass, body style and body woods.
Eary 70's (72' to 75') file has about 70 pict. (/ around 300 products)
Late 70's (76' to 79') file has over 180 pict. (/ around 1200 products)
Over 80's products are massive for such work.
These archives are still incomplete quantitiy or serial number info.

Keavin,

I like it a lot too.  I still use this on a lot even though it has flood damage.  I plan on getting it restored someday.  The electronics still work, but some of the controls are bad.  The q switches don't work and one of the volume pots is stuck.

Hey Flip,
You can get a view of my 76 Series 1 from my profile pic! # AE 76 069

I see that you already have the build details, so if you can extract the picture, then that would be cool!
I see also that my bass...and that of Ae 76 079 were both built around the same time, but mine has the abalony and silver inlays.
Both basses were sold to ROMCO.I think??
I'd love to know who this company is/was??
Since they are both export  models...mine is in Scotland.........and the other in the U S!!
I'm confused
I'd just love to know the history of my bass!
