This is technically called: Clown Car Magic and extends to fitting as many band members and related individuals into what was once known as a 'phone booth' (now a lost art for lack of 'phone booths.')
 
The Alembic is a classic Alchemical (hence magical) tool.

I believe #2 was originally made for Bob Weir.  So how did you come by it (if you don't mind telling)?  I seem to remember something about it now being in the Hard Rock Collection, or at the Rock 'n Roll HOF?
