I use a Bag End 2x10 cabinet. I ordered it in 2000, and have been using it full time ever since. When I ordered it, I asked for their 2x10, not knowing the different model numbers. What I got was a D10BX-C. I don't see it listed on their site as an available model. I think the C stands for custom. It is just like their Deep Red series, but it is in black!! It is pretty cool. I wouldn't mind another one, but this one is plenty. I have a QSC 1450RMX (I think that is what it is called) bridged to mono powering it. I either use my Furman PQ-3, or an Alembic preamp depending on the sound I am after, or the bass I am using. I really like the Bag End, and am surprised how well it is holding up. I have blown up EV 15's in Mesa Boogie cabinets with the same amount of power. Go figure. The cabinet is VERY efficient, and is rated at 4 ohms. I highly recommed it. The only thing I don't really like about it is the carpet covering. I just don't care for carpet on my cabinets. The cabinet is rear ported, which took some getting used to. You have to be mindful of back walls, drum mics, etc... But a good cab. I will be using it tonight. I have a gig with a band called Seven Stories. It is my first gig with them and hopefully not the last.
