This is sitting outside the north face of the building now:
We've been redoing some of the shop and this old workbench is now surplus. My dad said it's one of the oldest things here and was originally part of the risers for the San Francisco chorus that we converted to a workbench. It's not rock solid, but if anyone wants it, come and geddit!

Historic value is ,as with most things, gauged according to it's relevance to the individual.

It's actually still there. I feel funny about throwing it away. Somebody took the old bandsaw blade though! But I better do something about it - yesterday, someone donated an old couch to the outdoor decor.
