Nova Constellatio

I think I've listened to that clip of Dear Prudence five times since it was posted.

Molly & Sierra, last night:

"Is not Hypnocracy no other than the aspiration to discover the meaning of Hypnocracy?  Have you heard the one about the yellow dog yet?"
St. Dilbert

"If I could explain it in prose, I wouldn't have had to write the song."

Some seasonal music (at least here in the Midwest):

Some very raw 1971 Stones.

My old friend Bob & I were discussing (Johnny Marr's 9-p/up Strat), and the difference The Smiths and Smith came up; well, I wasn't about to listen to The Smiths, so:

Finally found a good CD player for my Bronco Sport. Ditched the PIA Bluetooth one and got a USB one instead. Works through the stock system with controls on the screen and steering wheel. Yay! I could start a whole thread about how not having a CD player can change your listening and purchasing habits. But I digress... First thing in - I Robot.

Gave our old car to one of the kids about a year ago, and so needed a "new" one.  Wanted to stick with Toyota, as we'd had good luck with 2 of them - so I wouldn't look at anything newer than '19, as in '20 they stopped putting CD players in them (ended up getting Rav4, 2018, with 13,400 miles on it; that should last us the duration).
I do miss my '04 Volvo S80; it had a CD and cassette player!

CDs?  Wow, the wonders of the modern world!  I'm using one of these blue tooth converters in my old Lexus hybrid (which sports both a cassette AND a six CD changer!)

New/old music from Chris Jones & The Night Drivers. I've been a fan of everything Chris has been part of for the better part of 40 years.

Dig that groove.

If you look hard enough, there are folks out there making actual country music:

Nice Tele type there. I wonder if it has a b bender on it or it's just the peddle steal tricking me.
