I Actually Also, have a gig playing bass on 2/14/26 in an ensemble headed by world-class drummer Brian Melvin, who introduced me to Jaco Pastorius in the 1980s. There is No Cover Charge as well. You are all invited most surely !

You are all invited to this pot luck pik nik that will be a celebration of the 100th birthday of Neal Cassady. I will be the bassist in "Scarlett Fyre" and we will have a supporting band from Southern California called "Alligator Wine" as an opening act. There will be luminaries from the " Beat Era" as quest speakers and other various special quests. There is no cover charge.THE DATE IS 4/18/26  . OUR POSTER GENIUS FORGOT THE IMPORTANT PART  LOL. I SHOULD NOT HAVE MISSED THAT EITHER ! __________ THERE WILL BE A REVISED CORRECTED POSTER ASAP !

Yup, Senior Management and I swung by and caught most of the gig.  Had to cut out a little early as I am a newly certified DJ on the local community radio station and my first show was midnight to 2:00 a.m. last night.

The station is KVMR FM Nevada City, 89.5.  Here's a link to the archives.  The show is "Redeye Radio" from May 30th.  It will be available online for two weeks following the original broadcast.  In the second hour, I play "Pass the Kouchie", after which I mention Jazzy and the explanation he gave Tina and me of how it became "Pass the Dutchie".

Most certainly it was grand to see both Bill and "Senior Management", in attendance at my gig on 5/29/26, with Scarlett Fyre. We had a lively large group of lovely patrons in the venue interacting to our performance with full tilt enthusiasm. Hence, whereas the following day the proprietor contacted us for a rebooking for 10/3/26. Here is our website;

On 6/26/26, my bandmates and I in Scarlett Fyre, had a gig performing at Sutter Health Park in Sacramento, CA as an opening show for the baseball team, The Sacramento River Cats. Here is the full show. I played my 1991 Alembic Essence bass.
