guess i missed that at first pass. not feeling the triple-O so i didn't even open the listing. that looks real uncomfortable to play. imho. ymmv. the top omega is pretty much where i rest my right arm whrn i play. the DW is shaped
perfectly for that, btw. kinda pricey imho, maybe this one's scratching someone's itch. good luck to all!
Someone is dreaming in technicolor with that asking price.

My first Alembic was a JPJ Custom with Signature electronics. Aside from being somewhat heavy, the body shape was extremely weird to play sitting down; there is no comfortable position with that omega cutout digging into your leg. The neck also feels a bit pushed out because of the body shape/where the strap buttons are. The result being the first fret is a longer reach than it feels like it should be - I expected the nut to be where the 2nd fret is but instead there are two whole frets to go before the end of the fretboard.
I wound up selling my triple omega a good while ago (~20 years?) and I don't miss it.
I feel that!
My Becvar is a long scale triple O and it is way to big for me to play. It's never been on a gig with me. Huge!
Mine has full Alembic Series 1 electronics fitted. I bought it a loooong time ago. Honestly when I bought it, I didn't expect it to be so LARGE. I probably bought it because it was zebrawood.
