Made you look!!! 😆
I'm looking for something zebrawood entirely different... but that was entertaining. Maybe they don't know any better? Or they are hoping for a buyer who doesn't?

Wow....for $1.5k more, you can get full Series I electronics over there at Reverb.

i was out all morning buying dope and getting the car washed, so i guess this one rolled right by me. i don't really surf reeveerb anymore. this one of the reasons why.
kinda seriously doubt it's 34" (US) scale as described by the seller (or his chatbot). non-original knobs switches and cracks around the jack says to me rode hard put up wet and then monkeyed with on top of that. that bridge looks mighty corroded. gotta wonder if it can even be adjusted anymore. i'd sure take a look in the control cavity, the truss rods and frets before i'd even consider it. which i won't. nice zebrawood top. but at $11k USD i'd say any unwary buyer is really gonna get exploited if they pay anywhere near that asking price. imho. ymmv.
good luck to all!
Other than the broken neck pickup and the poorly repaired jack tearout;
That looks like some kind of stacked knob where the Q-switch oughta' be, and a little ball-bat switch replaced the 4-position pickup selector. Neither of the two chrome knobs look like they are where they would be for Spoiler electronics. Maybe they are spaced out this way because *it is* a 34" scale?
There's a lot it could be. I just don't believe it's what the description says. I don't see how it could be Alembic innards. I messaged the last mystery, so somebody else can sort this one. I just thought it was a cute pound puppy. Nothing there that can't be fixed if one could somehow purchase it for a restoration price. Non-starter as-is.

Wll that's going to sit a long time! Now listed as 32.5'' scale. ::) Dude prob saw that Series I and thought that's what all Alembic "Explorers" go for.
had to revisit this just to see what kinda headway we're making. gotta wonder if the seller's a lurker here. description's been revised to medium scale (told ya!). got a nice closeup of the rusty corroded bridge. still looks unadjustable without a serious overhaul. is there a sustain block under it? kinda looks like not. plenty o'name dropping. that broken neck pickup looks nasty. shouldn't there be a threaded insert under that busted off ear? is that wood glue holding the pickup together? not sure what's going on with truss rod cover plate, sure like to see what's under it. no serial number. "slightly" damaged area around jack.
still at $11k USD. good luck to all!
