This one didn't get far from home.

I wonder if Mica could find one of those 'disappearing' pearloid inlays for the missing one? Gotta' be one in a drawer somewhere. 🤔

In the Electrum Showcase there' a really pretty one with solid koa wings and a wild custom tailpiece.

I always took that Electrum was kind of a compliment guitar to the Spoiler bass. Interesting how so many different combinations of controls and pickup configurations show up on them. I'd love to play one.

My very first Alembic, purchased at the World Guitar Show in San Rafael over 20 years ago, was an Electrum.  The electronics were a little wonky.  Living nearby, I brought it up to Alembic.  They treated me like I had just spent $25,000 for a new guitar.  Ron worked his magic and it was quickly set in order.  And no charge!  I was blown away, just as many have been by Susan, Ron, Mica, and all the wonderful elves at the Mothership.

Bill, tgo

That's the headstock I have on my Exploiter bass.  :D
