Over 30.6 m views, I'm betting United regrets not paying the $ to fix his Taylor.
If I remember correctly, Taylor stepped up and repaired his guitar.

Gave him a new one, IIRC.

He did a follow-up, too - named names of the people at United - one beeyotch in particular - who refused to do the right thing.

I think I would not fly with a guitar unless it were in something like a Calton, or it was Voyage-Air so it could be my personal item (and thanks for hipping me to those, Bill).

[still crying...] 🤣🤣🤣

That's awesome. I really needed a good laugh today. 😊

I remember that whole episode making the rounds on the internet last time too. I don't know... I mean, you could chalk some of it up to some percentage of humanity is just stupid or careless enough to think "meh... so what... it's just a funny-shaped suitcase..." Then you have to factor in that it may be some disgruntled airport worker. But hell, how much does it cost to keep him gruntled enough to not throw people's stuff around? Did they ever receive some level of training that said... I dunno... something like "when unpacking the baggage cart, don't throw the bags." ? Because I wouldn't be surprised if the answer to that question is; NO.

In this day and age of folks with virtual television studios in their pockets, you just have to assume that you are on candid camera all the time. And even if they didn't, just do a job, Doofus.
