Doug Irwin, former Alembic employee and a well known luthier around these parts has passed at 76. Doug worked on Wolf in Alembic's early days, and later built Tiger and Rosebud.

Sad to hear. I followed him on instagram and it seemed like he was still busy making guitars. They might have been old posts.
