There's lots of amazing pictures in here, but if Google thinks that their translator works pretty well for Japanese to English . . . this Beta version will probably evolve several more times before it really grasps the fine points that a human interpreter would pick up.

In the meantime, reading the translations is more fun than having your own tank of laughing gas at a Mel Brooks filmfest.

Mica, why don't we have a 'love vessel introduction of member' on this side of the Pacific? Are you going to update the Custom Quote menu to include an upcharge for 'Three May Pulling/Two Purple Hearts' and when can I get one?

I have GREAT respect for Japan, its instruments, and its people, so please understand I'm only giggling at this Google translator proving that computers still have a LONG way to go.

My favorite is Allene Bick.  I'd sure like to meet her someday.  (I noticed the translation is getting better as there are far more Alembics and less Allene Bicks than the last time I visited.

I kind of liked the three ply with 'coconut rag' which I can only assume was coco bolo. It was VERY nice, though, to be treated to so many pictures of Alembic guitars. I don't remember ever seeing a Distillate guitar anywhere before. Thanks for sharing.
