Hello there,

I received my first Alembic today in Paris. At last I join the club off lucky Alembic owners !
A Mark King Deluxe 4 CocoBolo with red side leds.
A pure beauty, see the picture below:
I was lookinf for a speed slap machine and I am not disapointed !

Congrats, it's a beauty!  I just took delivery of my custom Balance K Signature Deluxe a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it, as I know you must love yours!  Looks, sounds, and balances great!

Congrats!

Welcome to the club Thibault. Seems there have been quite a few balance k sig deluxes winging their way around the world of late. The top on yours is particularly beautiful.

Many thanks for all your comments.
It's a while that I was searching for the right model on internet.
I saw this one 3 or 4 weeks ago and I immediatly loved the top and known that whatever the price I will buy it...life is short.
I was impressed by the finition and details, the leds are cool too ;] I have now to find my sound, I will use it almost only for slap as I am usually a fretless player.
It's very easy to play, speed and clear, I am sure to have a lot of fun with this great bass.

Elwood, hee hee, you're not trying.

Surely, this needs no translation:

Ta basse est vraiment superbe!

Or this:

Le grain du bois est splendide!

I've never been good with languages, and I have a hard enough time with English, but even I can tell that he likes the bass!
