Hi, everybody!
My name is Christophe, and I live in Saint-Etienne, France. I'm very glad to post this thread, even if I'm not an Alembic owner yet... But someday, I will!
I've been playing bass for about 25 years, and I have always been amazed, smashed, blown away, etc... by these beautiful instruments from Alembic... Such beautiful chef d'oeuvres!!!
In my mind, I would love to own something like a 5 or 6 string Alembic bass, since I have a beautiful 7 string bass, from a french luthier ( JP basses), and I really enjoy these Extended Range Basses... But I confess that even a 4 string Alembic bass would be enough for my happiness!!! ;-) But who knows??? Someday, I'll make that dream come true...
So that's it, guys! You have a big hello from France, and I hope to share good Alembic vibes with plenty people here!..

Hi, folks! ( Bonjour, les amis!)
Just this little message to tell that I'm the owner of a beautiful 5 string Mark King Deluxe Signature. I'm soooooo happy, it's the realisation of a dream I've had for almost 25 years!..
I'll tell you more about it later, since I have just a little moment to write hese lines. Pics and serial number arriving very soon!!!
