Hello from Maryland!

I've owned my Series I Alembic for almost 30 years now and I may be parting company with it in the near future. Not actively playing in a group, but I give lessons and write/record in my spare time. Glad to have joined the club!

Thanks for the welcome!

I will post a picture of my axe once I take it. I also have an original B.C. Rich Mockingbird bass that I've had a little longer than the alembic. And I have a Hanewinckle six-string bass

Welcome to the club!

I would personally say keep the Alembic and sell the BC Rich; that's what I did(to help pay for the Alembic) and while I sometimes kinda miss the BC Rich, I would REALLY miss the Alembic...seriously, if I had a house fire I would grab my cat and my Distillate and hope I had clothes on then run, crying about my other instruments and collectible bikes...DON'T SELL YOUR ALEMBIC!!! unless it's been sitting in a case for five years; even then, take it out and play it lots for six months, then decide...Tony
