My 1985 Distillate
« on: November 03, 2013, 12:04:24 PM »
I've posted pics before, but this brief video just shows a little playing.  This bass through an SVT is just thunderous!!   This is from 'A Very Ozzy Halloween'.  Several people commented on how amazing it sounds and how rarely they see one. It's just head and shoulders above all the rest for sound and playability!  Great instrument...    But all you here know that already.   :-)

Jeff, a Distillate with a D-tuner is a beautiful thing.

Cool video footage.

You saw that....very good!   :-).  Good eye.
It's been on there a long time and has always worked well.
I've played many different styles of music with this bass. It can fit about anything.   Are there many rock players here that use an Alembic?  I sure don't see many.

I also have a D-tuner on mine.
I've used my Distillate for everything. Rock, blues, swing, country, jazz, oldies, jammies, and even pit work.

I am grateful to have such a versatile instrument.
