Hi, folks,
thank you all very much.
Jonathan: that story on the 8-string-fretboard got me hooked. It's a stunning work of art.
Dave: Thank you for the compliments. But for me, it's not a case of taking the pictures, but selecting the good ones. Remember my other threads... It took me three hours and more than 80 shots to select at least seven that were worth to be displayed :-) (not kiddin' !) aaah, and what about comments about the Spoiler
Roger: I read your Dragon's wing thread with my mouth open for eons. What a great bass !
Bill: No way to call her Peggy-O or else ! :-) I love the work of John Entwistle, and I love his song Peg Leg Peggy on the Rigor Mortis Sets In album, the story with the girls having additional abilities or extra body parts, so I thought that matches.
Jorge: sorry for you... really. But you, Jorge, bring to my mind that I owe some people something: it was not me alone who made this possible. I want to thank everybody involved in this aquisition:
Oliver Baumann (senmen) with whom I discussed the project, Don Frassetto from Trumbull/CT who inspected the bass, Brian and Chris from G-Guitars, Erwin Zimmermann who brought Peggy across the Atlantic, Ivo Scholz and Andreas Fauth of The Fakers who managed all the financial matters. Thanks to all of you, I don't want pathos here, it's just... you know, thanks !
Christian (the faker)
