HG/AE-1 wiring?

Hi, Everyone!  I get HG/AE-1guitar Pickup at Auction.
but,,,wiring was cut,,(3way switch was not included) ,no working.
 
 Please show me a Pic HG/AE-1's Wiring ??@To be connected definitely,,.

I sent my hss set to Alembic. Way over my head.
Phil D'Angelo put it all together for me after Alembic sent back the pick guard all wired up.
