Hi All!  This is simply a great bass (7459) that has been well maintained over the years.  Here's some info I have on it, and if you have any more to share, please contact me.  Shalom!

That top is sweet. It's not super fancy wood but I like it alot.

I hear you AJ - but that's one of the things that I like about it.  With that top, it has this real earthy, woody sort of look.  Believe it or not, when I bought this I was looking for a SI in quilted maple w/LED's!  This is quite different to say the least. Thanks and have a great day!

Beautiful bass, RV!  I see 74-59 and my 74-74 share many details... same "soft point" body style (Susan's term for it), the white oak core and the walnut and birch neck (with the walnut lams on the outside of the neck).
