No problem with the above pictures!! I'm proud to be the owner of a bass that is compared with such beautiful women. The only problem is that my bass talks about music all the time and I'll probably loose my position if I take it out to a restaurant... Thanks for the comments.

I remember that photo. Another one from the same photo session appeared on the front cover of International Musician and Recording world around the late 70's / early 80's. Confirmed my opinions about Kate that i've held since wuthering heights times ;-)

Hi everybody.
Just wanted to let you know that this Series I is no longer one of my basses as I sold it yesterday to a great Barcelona's bassman. He will probably use it more often than I did and such a bass was certainly not built to be just in a stand. I hope the new owner will sign in the club and give some news about it. Alembic are strange basses... I've sold or exchanged several other instruments with no sentimental problems but it was different this time... Difficult to explain.
