Trevor Dunn of Mr. Bungle
« on: February 02, 2009, 01:32:28 PM »
I just happened to be taking a glance at a Mr. Bungle tune (Goodbye Sober Day)on Youtube, when I noticed that their bass player was using an Alembic.  Sure enough, I quick glance at the wiki for the band reveals Trevor Dunn with Alembic in hand.  In case anyone is interested here is a link to the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ha2l7oYsIDY&feature=related

Geez, looking back I see I'm not the first to notice this.  I even went so far as to post in the last thread.  Clearly my memory has issues.

interesting that he has a reverse headstock on that bass.
The sound of Alembic is medicine for the soul!

The headstock is indeed interesting.  The bass was ordered without inlays as well.

Kevin, that happens to me a lot, running a search for something that I had no recollection of, only to find that I had posted to a previous thread on the subject.
