Cool.
I'm so glad I don't have to play and dance at the same time. What a disaster, dancing is hard enough...Hey, what's with the spastic chicken on bass?

Man, Keavin you ruined it for me.
A Rose Royce concert was the first time I ever saw an Alembic. I've spent the last 30-ish years thinking Car Wash was recorded with that bass.
Oh well. I still have the Tooth Fairy.
Peace,
James

Yeah I don't understand it that most bassplayers would rather record with Plywood rather with the topshelf axe!

I found an old late '70's early 80's dutch Rose Royce concert which you can download by following the link. It's that old funky buttery Alembic sound.
Rose Royce Rotterdam
Use your right mouse button to download the whole concert. It's a 80mb mp3 file.
On the same website you can also find three other concerts, no Alembics there but still great.
Earth Wind and Fire in Rotterdam, The Emotions in Rotterdam and The Reddings in Brussel Belgium.
concerts
Just click on the concerts till you see download.
