  With templates for scale and a suggested positioning:

 

  The position is for reference ? you are free to direct a different one if you select this wood.  Successive slices from the same board. Will make a great top and back. Freshly sanded surface, will be a little darker when finished.

This set will be seen on a Balance K 4-string bass in the future.
