Reid,

You and your better half helped us find short term health insurance when we arrived back from NZ, the least I could do was cause a bit of GAS!

Mission accomplished! I think I want an ebony laminate, too...

At very least, I want pix!

Enjoy the bass and post 'em when you can.

No kidding Charles!

It's actually a perfect weekend for this.  I have a bunch of friends in town for the weekend. Spent all day down at Mission bay at a BBQ and will be at the Chargers game tomorrow with them all.

It sure beats sitting around waiting for Monday!

Dude, I hate you had to wait the extra day, but much rock that it's here.  Exclamation points are just so inadequate, aren't they?

Enjoy, then share.

I'm happy for you,

Charles

Thanks Charles.

I'm blown away- not only is the bass far beyond what I could have ever hoped for, but Mica called twice to makes sure it had arrived and to discuss the bass with me.  Alembic rocks!

Pictures will be taken sometime during the week.  I'll email you a few biggies when I take them and then post a few in the showcase section.

Will do Flip.

I tried to snap some pictures this arvo, but it was already too dark and the flash was washing out the flame on the top.  I'll wait for some sunlight tomorrow or Friday.

I'll post some initial impressions in the showcase thread when I start it, but I can tell you that this thing rocks!!  Ebony is a must if you ever build a custom.....

Congrats!!  I'm guessing it sounds great; I'm sitting here imagining what that wood combo sounds like.

Mica,

I discussed these with Will when the order was placed (or shortly thereafter)- just wanted to make sure that you fine folks knew my preference for this bass.

Many thanks~

I've made sure the order states you want hat style knobs.
