Thanks John, I'm really looking forward to hearing and playing this wood combo.

Olie,

This is one awesome sweet looking baby!  Were our positions to be reversed well, I'd be dying with the wait, (course as they say, good things come to those..).  ;)

Bestest,

Kimberly

Thanks Kimberly and yes anticipation is beginning to work on me a little. Fortunately I am a very patient person that and I do have a few other babies at home that need to be played.

Hi Mica, I sent an email but thought you may check here first.
I was wondering if you could email me a high-resolution picture of the front of my bass. I am thinking about getting some knobs made by THG and would like to send a good picture to Roger so he and I can start brain storming about what to make. I really only need the body in the shot.

Thanks, Olie

Olie, if it makes you feel any better, the wait for inlay work was by far the longest portion of my build, and of many others, as well.  Probably, you'll get plenty of time to exercise your patience.  :-)

Roger sent me a photo of two of my knobs. They're not finished yet so they should look real awesome with a shine on them.

?! Now, how are ya gonna close that laptop? Microsoft is always talking about improving the look and feel of Windows - that'll do it!

That's a killer bass there, Olie. Definitely got yourself some fine coco bolo!

Please make sure there's 2 set screws on those knobs - otherwise it's nearly impossible to mount in a level fashion.

I emailed Roger and he assured me that the knobs have 2 set screws each.

Olie -

This is absolutely awesome!  We'll have to host a jam session when you get it - otherwise everyone will be coming to your house to see it and hear it!
