Disappointed by Alembic online store

Hi. Recently I ordered knobs from alembic online store. Then I recieved confirmation email. But few weeks already passed and there's neither knobs nor reply from alembic store. Tried to call them no one answered the phone. I' in New Jersey.

Hi Sergei; try calling again Monday afternoon.  It's a very small shop and sometimes no one is able to answer the phone.
