That is going to be one big shipping box.  
 
Mica- any chance you can snap a picture of the shipping crate once it's all packed up and ready for the road?  I'd like to see the size of that sucker!!

They base on a chargeable weight of 1:5....

That's tiny.  When I left for university to study bass, i took my bass in a giant fibreglass - or whatever drum cases are made of - coffin, big enough for Frankenstein.   My residence roommate definitely drew a short straw.  The thing took up almost all the floor space in the room.

Yes ,  My point ... ... ... I have seen those monster cases. The one above is liveable  as far as size goes .A nice case it seems.

I find the case pic a bit offensive, I've never done anything wrong to it (as far as I can remember) :-)
