Scorpion

I really like the scorpion body used on distillates.Would like pros/cons from people w/experience playing them regarding balance and comfort.I like 34 neck but wonder if 32 would balance better.I also play a little high (not Mark King high) but just above the waist, so I don't want to fight the neck .I'm playing a nice stingray now, and like it's weight and size.Thoughts on any comparisons in that regard would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I have a 32 Scorpion/Distillate and absolutely love it. For me (sturdy frame, 6'3), it hangs just right w/ no neck dive. I currently wear it at about half mast but have worn it very low in the past and it has always been a delight to play. The neck is ever so slightly chunkier than my Spoilers but again, my meaty paws have no problem getting around it.

I don't own any Ernie Ball basses so I can't make any useful comparisons.

Hope this helps.
