This is a custom guitar that has recently appeared on eBay.  The seller's description doesn't make sense for the switch layout and it appears that it may be a faux neck through.

I couldn't locate this file, sorry. I remember this guitar though. The person who bought it gave it to their nephew as a gift. Actually, I think there were two gifts to two separate nephews.
