Spoiler serial 83S2426. Yesterday I sent a support message in asking about this bass... that was before I found this thread.  This seems the more apropriate place so I am posting this... but I dont want anyone doing double work so a reply to one or the other will suffice =)
 
I have had this bass for over 20 years and I am the orignal owner.  I purchased it from Roselle Music in Illinois.  I didn't know alot about Alembic's when I bought it... but I knew that I fell in love with it when I first saw it.
 
So... I am just interested to know more exactly what I bought 20 years ago =)

I found a copy of the warranty card you sent in when you registered the bass on March 5, 1983.
