I have just purchased an Epic 6 String and would like to get some info about it's history, the electronics and the woods that are used. I have registered the bass and updated the info that I have on it. Thanks so much. Derek

Thanks for pointing Derek to the previously posted build record, Art. Hope you're enjoying your Epic, Derek.

Hi Mica and Artwork99,
Thanks for your welcome and help in finding details on my Epic 6 String. I am very proud to own it and be a part of the Alembic Owners Club.
There is something very special about all Alembics that sets them apart from all other bass guitars. I am aiming to purchase a series 2, sometime. They are so rare here in Australia.
I'm still trying to become accustomed to the weight of this bass. I guess it's weight is the reason for it's beautifully even, smooth tone and magnificent sustain. I doubt I will ever sell it. Thanks again for the welcome.
Derek
