They're a bit behind. Ok, more than a bit. I have heard recently that they do intend to start working through the backlog very soon.

pickups: 2 Alembic FatBoys
electronics: Anniversary volume x2, filter x2, 2-position Q-switch x2, mono/stereo switch, 4-position rotary pickup selector switch
birthday: July 7, 2003
originally made for: Bass Northwest as a custom order

Bass was sent here in October 2003 to adjust the action. We also replaced the truss rod cover - apparently, the one originally supplied had the wrong number stamped on it.
