Hi Mica!
 
I was wondering, since this is the 10th anniversary of the Excel, and this was my first ever Alembic, were there many fretless Excels made in 99 or was this one of the first?  Could it be the first???

Hi Rami,
 
It's not possible at this time to determine which Excel was the first fretless one without a lot of research hours in the files and then the refiling (one of my least favorite chores!).  
 
If I am ever able to determine the answer for you, I'll let you know.
