Owned since the early 90's. Any historical info on this guitar?
I asked back then but maybe something has surfaced recently and since I last posted the pics on this site years ago.

Files do resurface.  
 
top: Walnut
body: Koa
back: Walnut
neck: Walnut (no other wood mentioned, but that's not always true)
peghead veneers: Walnut
originally made for: L.D.Heater Music Co.
 
Sorry, the birthday wasn't recorded. It was returned to us by LDH in February 1977 to refinish.  
 
Not much info, but more than before
