I am a Alembic user in Thailand. I want to ask for the detail of the alembic's parts, for the reason that my Essence 4 was crash 2 moths ago and resulted in damage of volume knob electronic (however the pups still good). I was call in for the information at Thailand's distributor but didn't get much care about it. Therefore, I want to ask for the possibility in order the parts directly from Alembic?
