Elan 5 serial 92H7258

I would like to thanks Mica for the Tribute postcard about registering my Elan 5, serial 92H7258... And yes, I need some help. I've opened a thread in guitars & basses section and the guys from Alembic's club helped me a lot. But I have done a order in the web and another asking the history of the instrument, and I didn't have any answer until now. So I'm very happy with your postcard. What I need to put my Elan in original state it's:
3 collet knobs 1/4 inch, pickup screws, plate screws and a new serial brass plate, because the original it's missing. Can I get this things from you?

Hi Fernando; have you heard from Mica yet on the parts?
 
I'm guessing that to do the truss rod cover, Alembic would need a good outline showing the exact size and shape of the opening.
