Pan control problem : Rogue

I just got a used Rogue and I think I have a problem with the pick-up pan control.
 
I can't get the neck pickup alone. The leftmost position corresponds to the usual central position with the mix of the two pick-ups. The far right and the center position is the same with only the sound of the bridge pickup.
 
do you have an explanation?

Can you send a picture of the electronics? Especially the pan pot wiring - both the pot itself and the connection to the board.
