So...when you fire that thing up, the butterfly in Peking that would've flapped its wings, thereby causing it to rain in New York City, gets blown under the wheels of a rickshaw and the poor SOB's in NYC get stuck with a hot, humid afternoon and no rain to ease their pain!
 
Have you tried signaliing distant galaxies with that thing? ;^)

Reid, I don't know about the butterfly's in Peking...BUT on May 3 1999 the F5 Tornado in Moore Oklahoma was comming stright at my house , with only second's to spair, I cranked up my amp and the tornado missed me by a few blocks. as for signaling distant Galaxies....  I have to add 2 more 12s, and 4 more 8s, along with a 2000 watt and a 1200 watt Peavey Power amp. as for the Tornado story, don't let me kid you, I was in the Tornado celler praying I would have a house to go home to. everything else is TRUE!!!!!!

Man, I moved to Oregon from Memphis, TN so I've lived in Tornado Alley, too. I've had a couple come fairly close, that being a mile to a mile and a half away, but not mere BLOCKS away. It's lucky you got the Tornado Turner Amplification System. If you fired that up out here in Oregon, you might be able to trigger an earthquake, or even coax Mt. Hood into popping its top! Reid, That tornado was almost a mile wide and the highest wind speed ever clocked on earth 318 MPH, it pass just 4 blocks to the north of me, the sound was unbelievable, the low frequency rumble, WOW!!! Im trying to get that sound from my amp !!!
I was up in your end of the country a few years back and went to MT Saint Helens that blew me away , anyway take care, will type at you later

Rip, Just think, I play in a country and western band. it brings a new light to country music, 99% of the time I just use 1-15 and 2-10s with the Boogie 400+, but it's all there when I need it.

Rip, yes I did , the box plans are EV, their flat down to 40 hz, they kick great bottom end. the 4 in the picture have Peavey Black widows , I have 2 more boxes with EVM 15s. the 12s are Black widows, needless to say its country music with BALLS!!!!

i'm new to this board, but this rig reminds me somewhat of mine. I recently aquired the long scale series one, with the headstock repair, My smaller, yet very potent, rig is as follows:
a custom shockmount case, surrounding a korg digital tuner, a samson power conditioner, a demeter tube pre, a demeter tube compressor, an aguilar DB728, into 2 trace elliot 4x10's gutted, and reloaded with 4 bagend 10's on bottom box, and 4 JBL E-110's in the top box.   all those tubes make my maple faced series I, sound absolutely phenomenal.

That rig is like the rigs of old! The glory days before we went to chiropractors! Remember 18 W bins with lens horns? I keep a variety of cabinets and rigs to suit the purpose. 2 F1X preamps, 3 crest amps (FA 901's and 1201's), 1 carver amp,2 Korg rackmount tuners, 1 Pod Pro bass pre, 2 audio techina wireless units, 1 SWR big ben 18, 1 Trace Elliot 210, 1 Dean Markley 115 w/EV, 1 Dean Markley 410 w/EV and an Epifani 310. So now I just put together what I need. I mostly use the 310 with the Carver and F1X. The 310 is my favorite cabinet. I use a Roland Midi bass pedal set up with 2 rackmont modules using the multi inputs of the Korg tuner before the F1X. I've gigged a lot in NYC and the rigs got smaller as load ins became more of a hassle. As good as any rig sounds, unfortunately it just becomes your stage monitor. Many sound men don't translate your signal as you intend. I'm even thinking about getting an Epifani 112 for small clubs. Anyone else have to deal with a guitarist's 412 slant faced at you so it blows past him entirely?

Daniel, I do remember the w-bins, I had a pair of them back in the Seventies, and yes I have been to the chiropractor. Now I use 1-15 and 2-10s with the Boogie 400+, the Weather Machine just pisses off the Soundman.  Lets see some pictures of your rig
