Well, my long lost Belgian brother, yours truly doesn't have a way to upload pics of the red bass in question.  S'pose if I mail them to the home office that Val could post 'em for me?

Back in the 80s I was playing at this battle of the bands, I was standing behind the stage with my Series 1 when out of the blue a guitar player, (one of the best guitar player's I've ever heard) walked up in front of me and dropped to his hands and knees and bowed to my bass then got up and didn't say a thing and walked on stage to play, I stood there with my mouth open, it was like he stood before royalty and knew it. he came back for a closer look later

Paul; I want to make sure I didn't lose something in the translation.  Someone walked up to you during a break and said your sound was awful??!!
