My rig consists of a GK 800RBIII, a QSC plx power amp and an F1-X. My cabinets are A Bag End 18, A Genz Benz 2 x 10, and an Aguilar 12.
My basses are The Alembic Epic 4 string with Vermillion top and soon to have a filter and 3 pos. Q. My other basses are Ken Smith 5EG and 6EG.
Before I bought this alembic the only other models I have played are the Series basses. People say the Epic is entry-level but IMO there is nothing entry level about this bass. It sounds fantastic and the level of craftsmanship,fit, and finish are without rival.
It will now be my main bass.
I am planning to order a custom soon.
