Sound man compliment
« on: February 15, 2015, 01:05:47 PM »
Well, I got a nice complement from our church's sound man.  After the service, he said my Bass (Rogue) and GK MB150 were the quietest and best sounding bass he had ever heard and loves it every time he hears it.  I thought it sounded pretty sweet through the PA and its 18-in sub.  Plus I also used the amp's speaker near me.

We played a really mellow piece, and I was happy with our sound.  However, our keyboard player remarked we never got into a groove.  I told him that was ok, we were playing too mellow to truly groove.   However, we supported our female singer Lenora perfectly!
