This amazing instrument arrived at my door. Still going strong after a decade. It started on paper as a purple heart Stanley bass and soon morhped into this, supposedly the second short scale BalK. I get as much enjoyment today as I did on that first day.
Sure the coco has darkened (you made the right change Bradley...)and the vermillion has turned brown, but it still plays like a dream and sounds like the majestic monster it is.
