Thank you so much for the kind comments.

It's worth mentioning that contributing to the great tone my rig for the gig was a Bergantino B|Amp into a Bergantino HG410. Very accurate setup, perfect for Alembics, lightweight and relatively compact as well.
There is a lot of love over at UK Basschat for Bergantino bass cabs. I have never tried one myself.

Soundcheck last night in Redmond Seattle. However it looks more like i am “sleepless in Seattle”
After soundcheck one of the sage crew came over as he noticed my bass was an alembic. Said he didn’t know there were modern versions.

Well, i just decided to use whatever was available which happened to be two ampeg rigs. The bass was in a di box so the rig was only a monitor and visual thing. Tonight’s gig in at the Sandy Ampitheatre in Utah had a choice of two modern ampeg heads with vintage looking cabs. They sounded OK.

I don't think I posted this pic from February, but I ran across it the other day and thought it was worth sharing. Hobart Art Theater in Indiana.

I would love a reason to buy one of those as an 8 string or a spyder 8 but i don't have any gigs to use an 8 string.
Such a cool bass.
