Dec 28th 1980, I walked out of Guitar Center (San Francisco) with OLD#12 & we're still together after all these years!........Soooo Cool of a Bass!!!!

That bass is probably the absolute coolest looking alembic ive seen.  I love the customs shown on here, but 'ol# 12 looks like shes got tons of soul...

25 years ago I could only dream of playing an Alembic - I was stuck with my '79 Fenderbacker..

Sam, I think I had the same impression of the photo.  Immediately I said, That's Robbie Krieger.  
BTW, Sam, I see you're in Jacksonville.  Do you know of a singer/songwriter named Tom Shed?
