please, I can't tell, I can't focus enough on the pictures, (neither on the never ending Moroccan riff )...
Is it an Alembic guitar? whish it would be one!(wonderful)

Tailpiece is a dead giveaway..that's an Ibanez Artist guitar. Here's a similar one from ebay:
