Okay, I think this stuff looks fine. But still, even if you take 10% off of $4 for a half ounce, why wouldn't you consider $12.50 for 5 ounces - ten times the quantity? Or go for the sampler, and get a full ounce each of lemon, lime, and orange for $9.
If you refrigerate it, it will last for at least a couple of years, and it's quite nice to use in place of mineral oil on other stuff, like wooden spoons, cutting boards, etc.
