Available Alembic body and peghead shapes
« on: December 10, 2006, 04:20:35 PM »
Hey Everyone!

I'm kinda new to the whole Alembic phenomenon, and I'm thinking about ordering a MK Standard. Can anyone point me in the right direction concerning the different body styles? I can't seem to locate a page that shows the Omega,Point, Balance K, etc. where I can look at them and compare the different styles. Some, but not all, are on the custom Options  page along with the peghead shapes, but any other help would be appreciated!! Thanxxxx, Mike......

The Balance K isn't shown, but a particularly lovely example is on display as the November featured custom

If you want to get a start on the possiblities, check out everything in the featured Custom Archive, all the threads in Factory to Customer, and everything in Showcase, especially Customs. You won't be able to A-B them like on the Body Shape page, but you will be astounded by the variety.

And remember that Alembic has templates for bodies they've made in the past that aren't on the body shapes page. So it would be worthwhile talking to them if you don't see a body style that quite fits your ideal.
