Both superb instruments. As I've said before on the club, buck for buck-the Cort Curbow takes some beating--even in a crunch / rock situation

i play a rickenbacker 3000 and in the studio, i use a custom series II the bass of doom
as far as amps are concerned, right i use matamp.

When I read this question I was puzzled because it seemed akin to asking a group of artists what brands of tools they used without asking them what mediums they worked with. Some of us play jazz, some play blues, some play Americana, and some play other styles of music.
Some people play both kinds of music: Country and Western. 8^P

So tell me/us Jordan; why did you ask this question and what are you trying to determine?

For me the answers to your question are.
* Guitars (fretted): 6-string electrics and acoustics.
* PSG's (electric): 14-string w/ 8 pedals 5 knee levers, and a double-10.
* non-pedal SG's: an electric double-neck Gibson Console Grande (7-string & 8-String), and Dobro (acoustic resophonic) 10-string.
* Bass Guitars (fretted): acoustic (w/ pickup) 4-string & solid body 5-string.
* I also dabble with mandola, tenor banjo, mandolin, 6-string guitar synthesizer, cittern, and autoharp.

Just trying to see what instruments most people here play. I didn't even know Gibson made PSG's. You do play quite a bit of instruments.
