Hi all.
I have finally given into the fact that I really want a 5 string that sounds like my JPJ Custom Alembic. I have two 5 strings now and neither can even come close to that wonderful snarly tone. Before dropping insane amounts of money on a custom bass I'd really REALLY like to play a 35 scale 5-string with the Signature electronics to be sure that I'm going to be pleased with the outcome. BassNW doesn't have one right now and I don't see any used ones in the area. Anyone have one that they'd be willing to let me play for a bit? I'll come to your house, bring my amp, and my JPJ Custom so you can check it out... Please? Anyone?
