Great, though I'd keep the username as the big blue linked one, and put the full name in fine print, i.e. where is says 'Username: xxx' right now.
 
I always thought having the full name in big blue was kind of distracting, and I happen to be better at remembering the shorter ones, but I'd really like to see both.

I agree with Bob Bob Bob.  Put the Bob part in big blue and the Bob Novy part in fine print.

Doesn't bother me and it would speed things up not having to pull up profile to get name.
